The Community Trustbuilding Fellowship is a unique 5-part program that increases the capacity of community leaders to overcome divisions of race, culture, economics and politics by creating a network of skilled facilitators, capable team builders and credible role models.
This third module enables participants to gain a conceptual framework that can be used to design dialogue models.
Skill sets include:
Discerning unaddressed underlying issues in the community
Designing or adapting dialogue for specific needs
Convening/managing dialogue projects
