The Community Trustbuilding Fellowship is a unique 5-part program that increases the capacity of community leaders to overcome divisions of race, culture, economics and politics by creating a network of skilled facilitators, capable team builders and credible role models.

This second module is a capacity building process in racial reconciliation. Participants develop a deeper understanding of how history impacts our lives today, and how appreciating shared history can unite deeply divided communities.
Skill sets include:

  • Understanding the power of unhealed historical wounds
  • Hearing history from the “other’s” point of view
  • Reflecting on the role of forgiveness in moving from hurt to healing
