Huge Congrats to #CTFAlumni Jackie Washington who has been selected to participate in the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's Culture of Health Leadership Program! Culture of Health Leaders is a leadership development opportunity for people working in every field and profession (including architecture, education, urban farming and the arts) who want to use their influence to advance health and equity.

The innovation of these leaders helps build a Culture of Health, one that enables everyone in the United States to live longer, healthier lives. Through this national program, leaders will be prepared to collaborate and provide transformative leadership to address health equity in their communities. This is a 3-year program where Jackie will work to "unpack the effects of contemporary and historical racism in the ways our communities have been shaped through planning and policy decisions.”

Jackie has already been a force of social change through her work as the Director of the Six Points Innovation Center (6Pic) and Community Engagement Liaison for the Storefront for Community Design.
