SEPTEMBER 24 - Black Lives Matter & Dalit Lives Matter

On September 24 we'll be honing in on events in the USA and Nepal, where the Black Lives Matter and the Dalit Lives Matter movements have swept through the two countries since its emergence.. We'll be looking at the power of people - of decentralized collective action and organized protest - and how this has allowed the movement to ripple throughout the world. We're asking what it is about this particular moment that moves people to rise up together, declare their common humanity and fight for justice, despite the risk of the coronavirus and the limitations imposed by the pandemic."
