Join Our Team: Two Paid Positions for IofC Alumni

Multimedia Resident Extended Deadline.png

We are living in tough times. A key part of our work at Initiatives of Change USA, and even more nowadays, is to listen and respond to the needs, challenges and opportunities surfacing for alumni of our programs. We are charged with finding deeper forms of connection for over 1,200 alumni living in more than 50 countries around the world. This process entails developing key methods of communications and outreach, capacity sharing and resource support, storytelling, data analysis and evaluation. This work helps us to expand the knowledge, relationships and efficacy of our global network.

To better attend to where alumni are currently, we are looking to activate alumni storytelling in interactive and imaginative ways. Therefore, our organization is hiring two part-time positions, 8 hours per week, that are available only to Initiatives of Change USA program alumni. These remote positions will begin in May 2020 and are open to alumni worldwide. As an organization invested in social equity and justice, we also strongly encourage alumni from the Global South to apply.

We invite alumni of the Caux Scholars Program Switzerland and Asia Plateau, Community Trustbuilding Fellowship and Narrative Change Collaborative to apply for these paid positions:

The Creative Storyteller will generate and develop a variety of writings that document the lives and work of our alumni. Applications for this position closed on Monday, April 20, 2020 at 5pm EST.

The Multimedia Resident will lead coordination and/or multimedia production initiatives featuring alumni including short videos, gifs, photography, digital art, and graphic design. The deadline for this position has been extended to Sunday, April 26, 2020 at 11:59pm EST.
