Welcome Our New Executive Director!
It is with great pride and joy that we announce Allan-Charles Chipman as our new Executive Director at Initiatives of Change USA. Allan is a phenomenal change maker and powerful advocate for trust building and truth-telling. After undergoing several internal changes during the pandemic, we emerge as an organization developing through deep processes of reflection. Please read the following statements from our Board Chair Bill Hamilton and our new Executive Director Allan-Charles Chipman.
“As Board Chair, I welcome the leadership skills, creativity, and personal attributes which Allan-Charles brings to the IofC USA Staff Team and Board, along with the broader IofC community, as we all look to advance IofC USA’s mission and expand its network. I am especially pleased the Board voted unanimously to approve Allan as our next Executive Director. We are delighted to welcome Allan-Charles as leader of our organization.”
