Youth Transformation & Leadership Program

Dear Friends, 

We often hear that children and teenagers are the future of our future. However, what happens when children are uncertain about their path and struggle with the pressures of today’s world. In a world where many are having an identity crisis and a lot of information is present which could corrupt the views and perspective and thus need a solid and sober approach on what it means to have an identity and what values and principles does one need to stand up and stand out for regardless of how the world gives its views or approaches. Growing up with this perspective in mind seems necessary and urgent for the youth to learn in their current times and seasons.

Under the leadership of Charles Msilanga, an inspirational speaker, corporate trainer, coach, youth leader/mentor, and the founder and Lead Coach of Personal and Corporate Development Company from Mombasa, Kenya, we are piloting a coaching and mentorship program for Initiatives of Change youth worldwide. 

The objective of the training is to provide participants with a space to discuss how to stand out and operate in living and becoming individuals of influence and significance in their life journey. The training will cover topics such as understanding identity, how identity influences community impact, the importance of developing meaning friendships and other resonant topics that participants identify as valuable to engage.
