Join IofC International for a #GivingTuesday Trustbuilding Celebration on Nov. 30th!
We celebrate with Initiatives of Change International on Giving Tuesday - November 30th, 2021. Please join their #GivingTuesday Trustbuilding Celebration from 7-8:30am EST to learn more about how to support the international Trustbuilding Program. This program’s work was recently recognized by the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations (UNAOC) and the BMW Group with the Intercultural Innovation Award and a $20,000 grant.
On #GivingTuesday, IofC International’s President-elect, Gerald Pillay, will speak live. The country teams of the Trustbuilding Program will also share and provide a glimpse into what will come in 2022 and beyond. This event will not be recorded so this is your opportunity to register here and virtually attend the celebration.
We also invite you to join another key opportunity to support IofC International on #GivingTuesday. The Educational Advancement Foundation (EAF), has pledged to donate $25,000 to IofC International provided that $50,000 can be raised by the organization by the end of 2021. We believe this goal is achievable, and therefore, we request your support to help IofC International reach this height and continue the good work of the Trustbuilding Program in over 7 countries around the world! The Program is international with projects based in Australia, Indonesia, Nepal, South Africa, Canada, Kenya and France and will expand with 3-6 additional countries through 2023. According to IofC International, these funds will be used to “build capacities in planning, evaluation, knowledge sharing, training, communications and marketing, project and financial management, and support IofC USA’s Global Alumni Initiative (GAIN). This will give strength to serve the network and national teams better, to inspire, equip, and connect better, to increase our outreach and to be more sustainable going forward.”
