New Series of Convening Calls!

Dear Friends,

We appreciate that many of you have been eager to reconvene since the regional scoping calls in March by Pilar Griffin and Patrick McNamara representing IofC International.

Please join a new call with the IofC USA network on June 6 at 8 PM Eastern Time as we begin our “Organized Fellowship” series of convening calls. The meetings will be hosted by IofC USA as part of our “Organized Fellowship” initiative that emerged from our quiet time during the IofC Global gathering/Utsav at Asia Plateau in January. From our CTF Alumni Summits, the IofC Global Gathering at Utsav, and our GAIN network events, one thing is abundantly clear. Our diverse Iofc USA family want to engage with each other in a more consistent, collaborative, and organized way. The Organized Fellowship calls will be a time of fellowship, sharing of experiences and news, and strengthening the network. Rest assured this is a shared, continuing and expanding platform for our diverse IofC USA network and GAIN network to fellowship, reflect, and collaborate together.

Several people will briefly share their experiences with IofC and how they are putting its values into practice in their lives, occupations, and enterprises. They include Delilah Gilliam, a community builder and equity advocate in North Carolina, a 2015 CTF alum, who has just been accepted for a graduate program at UNC ; Zeke Reich, a mental health specialist in Washington DC who is an alum of the Caux Scholars Program; Amaha Sellassie, a social healer who directs the Center of Applied Social Issues at Sinclair College in Dayton, Ohio and who is an alum of both CTF and CSP; Chris Breitenberg, the director of national program partnerships at Rising Tide Capital, a CTF alum and former communications staff for IofC USA who spent several years with IofC in Asia; and Jeanné Lewis who is CEO of Faith in Public Life and a CSP alum.

There will also be an opportunity to hear about the current initiatives and community work of IofC USA from the Executive Director. There will be dedicated time for small group conversation as well!
